The Endsley family thanks you greatly for all the work that you put into the refinancing of both of our houses. We truly feel that you have gone above the normal request of your job and helped your company and my family come to two deals that where good on both ends. If you could send us the name of your boss or customer service and an email or address so that I can write a letter to them on how pleased I was with your effort in making the process as easy as possible. They should be very glade that you are working for them to give build your company reliable name.

I would not add this to the letter that I would like to send complementing you to your company but I would like to add that it was a little hard to take the fact that the other company took so long that it cost me and your company money in the end. I know that you did your best and helped us on the deal but the delay and extra money was a little troubling. That would be my only complaint.

I was a little worried doing most everything online but I have to say that it was an overall great experience because of your communication and work.

I would like to say at this new step in my families’ life with my new son we truly appreciate your efforts. Good luck and we will tell others about our good experience with the two re-fis.

To whom it may concern, I had the pleasure of working with Vikrum (Vinson) Mangalvedhe on a refinance of my mortgage in December '08 through January '09. I found him through a Lending Tree search in early '08 with a particular rate in mind, but at that time the market could not accommodate it. It was in the beginning of December that the rates became much more attractive, and Vikrum called me with an offer of well below the APR that I initially sought. Obviously I was interested, and we began the paperwork over the internet. I investigated other lenders during the process as well, and no one I found could even match the deal.

Once I had signed the initial paperwork, Vikrum continued to sweeten the deal, and the APR was reduced (twice I think) and even at the last minute before closing, the closing costs were adjusted down by better than $900, even though the deal was already "in the bag". The only out of pocket expenses incurred was the fee for the home inspection, about $375. The final closing was arranged by Profolio with a local Notary, who came to the house and completed the paperwork, most of which was done by laptop and electronic signatures.

I am very pleased with the service and integrity of Vikrum and Profolio, the handling was both professional and friendly, and a benefit to all parties.Now, instead of my old first and second mortgage at a combined 7% APR, I now enjoy a consolidated fixed 30 year loan at 4.375% and a reduction of monthly expenses of about $300. I would recommend both Vikrum and Profolio to anyone seeking a home mortgage.

I have recently closed a refinance loan with Profolio. It is not usually in my nature to do this, but I feel compelled to make you aware of the level of service that I was provided. I can attribute this to your representative Victor Scott.

Once I submitted an online request for rates, I was flooded with calls and email almost immediately. I had talked to a number of lenders when Victor called. My first reaction was to fire off some questions that the other lenders left in my mind. Victor did not hesitate to answer any and all of the questions that I had, taking the time and having the patience to explain certain things to me several times before I felt that I understood.

Always skeptical of the financial details that can change at closing, Victor told me that the bottom line "would not change by even one dollar". At that point I didn't believe it, because I had done my homework at had a number of comparative prices. The Profolio loan was clearly the best, but I still had a wait-and-see attitude. I was prepared to walk away from the deal if anything at all was different. But again Victor reiterated "not one dollar would change". I'm writing this delighted by the fact that he was correct.

Additionally, his level of professionalism, his ability to be available to answer questions, his timeliness getting me the forms that were required, his patience, and his over demeanor were outstanding.

Please relish in the fact that you are in possession of a truly gifted employee. Victor was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Anyone whom I speak with interested in a refinance will certainly get Victors contact information from me, along with a strong recommendation.
